Some helpful hints from Hellaweeze:
* For healthier hair, blot your hair dry with a towel to remove all the excess water
* Make sure you are using the right styling product to achieve your look (curly, straight or thermal protection type of product depending on your texture and look)
* Apply the right amount of product from the ends up to the roots
* Make sure you are using the right brush and the correct blow-dryer
This will get you headed in the right direction for your finish.

Cold = dry
If your somewhere that's really cold right now you might be experiencing dry skin, itchy skin, dry scalp, or dry hair. Atlanta is currently experiencing one of the coldest January's to date; and I'm a native Atlantan so I would know!
What happens outside directly effects what happens with your skin, your scalp and ultimately your hair. The cold air is dry and damaging to your un-protected skin and to your un-protected hair. What can you do about this? You can protect your skin, cover it up, and moisturize it or if your really up for a treat go to the spa and get some extra, extra care for your skin!
What can you do about your dry scalp or hair? You can exfoliate your scalp with an in-salon treatment and massage; and you can treat your dry locks with some extra hydration. fresche has many nurturing, hydrating treatments that can gently be massaged into each strand and then complimented by a steamy hot towel. A New Beginning
2010 has much to offer. This year "Happy New Year" brings a new meaning to all of us. It's only the 2nd week of January and already you can feel a sense of something better on the horizon. A new year may mean a new beginning, a new job, a new relationship, a new place to live, or a new image to get all of that going!
fresche is packed full of new things happening in 2010. We have just expanded and added a boutique. The boutique is a new home for many local artist's hand-crafted goods from hair accessories to jewelry, messenger bags, scarves, organic greeting cards and other fun household items.
Our salon is fully staffed with 8 amazingly talented individuals that are uniquely gifted in their craft. We have 2 new stylist's, Karen and Matthew, that have recently joined our team that bring a lot to the salon in their creativity as well as their customer service attitude for each client.
fresche is an open door to our charming little organic community of Oakhurst that we are so happy to be a part of. We have developed many long-term relationships with our neighboring businesses as well as our clientele. We look forward to what 2010 has to offer; and what we have to offer 2010!
